The provider presented two examples that demonstrated compliance in two of the three critical elements of the criterion. The activities included planners from more than one profession, and they were designed to change competence and performance of the healthcare team. However, in each instance, their faculty was from one profession, which does not meet the requirement that the activities include faculty from more than one profession representative of the target audience.
