Each year, accredited providers must fulfill year-end reporting requirements to maintain their accreditation status. This data is submitted through the Program and Activity Reporting System (PARS).
To meet your year-end reporting requirements you need to:
- Confirm/update your contact information.
- Complete entry of your activity and program summary data for the year.
- Complete your attestation.
The year-end reporting deadline is the last business day in March of each year for the previous calendar year. Providers accredited by a state medical society may be required to complete their year-end reporting earlier and should check with their accreditor for more information. For more information about completing your year-end reporting, go to our Fulfilling Year-End Requirements Using PARS page.
For ACCME-accredited providers, the deadline for completing your 2021 year-end reporting requirements is March 31, 2022.
Accredited providers that do not meet the year-end reporting requirements by the due date are subject to a change of their accreditation status.
We encourage you to begin entering data as soon as possible. You can enter basic information about an activity before it has taken place and complete the entry after the activity has occurred.
