Compliance Library Example

The activity was comprised of an evaluation of current communication skills observed within practice reviews conducted by a risk manager. The review included observation by the risk manager and challenges brought forth by physicians themselves. The activity included one-on-one discussion between the risk manager and the physician, where specific scenarios were addressed, verbal feedback was given, and resources were provided to further assist with the issue. Physicians were sent a follow-up email with additional resources and information.
