The provider presented data that was based on "yes" or "no" responses to statements and questions asked during the activities, such as: "The content learned from this activity will impact my healthcare delivery"; "This activity will assist in the improvement of my competence/performance”; “Did this educational activity promote improvement in healthcare"; "Did this course give you a better understanding of the medical management of radiation emergencies". Using these questions, the provider did not obtain data representing explicit changes in learners’ performance, and, therefore, was not able to measure or demonstrate improvements in the performance of learners.
