It was not clear that the provider appropriately maintained a separation of promotion from education. The provider's evidence demonstrated that meetings between learners and industry representatives in a commercial exhibitors' hall was considered part of their educational activity. Although the exhibits were not in the same room as lectures and video demonstrations, discussion with representatives of the commercial interest at the exhibit was considered by the provider to be part of the learner's CME experience.
