For its test-item writing activities, the provider did not demonstrate the implementation of a mechanism to identify and resolve conflicts of interest for all persons in control of content, including for example, all faculty, reviewers, and CME committee members. Therefore, not all conflicts of interest could be identified or resolved prior to the activity. (SCS 2)
