Description and evidence presented by the provider for its non-regularly scheduled series (RSS) activities demonstrate Compliance with Criterion 4. However, the provider did not demonstrate that it has collected and analyzed data and information to assess the Compliance of its program of RSS in this area. RSS comprise over 50% of the provider's total hours of instruction during its current term.
