The provider describes in its self-study report and presents evidence that its activities were solely designed to change knowledge. In addition, the provider did not demonstrate that it collected and analyzed data and information to assess the compliance of its program of regularly scheduled series (RSS) for Criterion 2. RSS comprise over 50% of the provider's total hours of instruction during its current term.
