Chief Executives of the ANCC, ACPE, and ACCME Respond to the Josiah Macy, Jr. Foundation

In May 2008 the Josiah Macy, Jr. Foundation released proceedings of a November 2007 conference entitled Continuing Education in the Health Professions: Improving Healthcare through Lifelong Learning.

Dr. Murray Kopelow, MD, the Chief Executive of ACCME, Jeanne M. Floyd, PhD the Executive Director of the American Nurses Credentialing Center and Peter Vlasses, PharmD, Executive Director, Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as staff of three major U.S. continuing professional education accreditation systems have collaborated to comment and provide important clarifications to matters raised in the proceedings of the conference.
