Dr. McMahon to Address the Strategic Value of CME during FSMB Live Webcast
Graham McMahon, MD, MMSc, President and CEO, ACCME, will participate as a panelist in a live webcast on April 23 exploring emerging trends in medical regulation. The webcast is part of the Federation of State Medical Boards (FSMB) Annual Meeting. The FSMB is an ACCME member organization.

Dr. McMahon will discuss how accredited CE supports physicians’ continuing professional development and aligns with the goals of licensure to improve physician competence and performance. He will explain the role of accredited CME as a strategic resource for public health initiatives, and describe how accredited CME is responding to the evolving healthcare environment.
In addition to Dr. McMahon, panelists will include health-law expert Jack R. Bierig, JD, Sidley Austin; Margaret B.
