Provider Examples of Compliance with Accreditation Criterion 7

We have added examples of compliance with ACCME Accreditation Criterion 7 to the Examples of Compliance and Noncompliance: Findings Based on the ACCME Accreditation Criteria. Criterion 7 states: “The provider develops activities/educational interventions independent of commercial interests,” addressing Standards for Commercial Support 1, 2, and 6.

We have enhanced the functionality of the Examples Web page. You can use the left-hand navigation menu to search by criterion, finding (compliance or noncompliance), date when the example was published, and keywords.

The Examples of Compliance and Noncompliance: Findings Based on the ACCME Accreditation Criteria enables providers and CME stakeholders to learn from each other and to understand how the ACCME determines compliance and noncompliance with its requirements. Examples of compliance and noncompliance with each of the Accreditation Criteria, drawn from the accreditation review process, are included.
